Terms & Conditions
  1. Birds may only be released outdoors
    during daylight hours.
  2. The birds will be dropped off between
    18-32 hours prior to the time of the
    release.
  3. Client will agree to be at a mutually
    agreed upon location at a mutually
    agreed upon time to receive the birds.  If
    the client is not present for delivery,
    then the client will be responsible to pick-
    up the birds at Elegant Feathers at a
    later time.
  4. A Non-Refundable Deposit is required to
    reserve our services for a particular
    date.
  5. The deposit is transferable if the date of
    an event is postponed or changed.
  6. Payment in full is required one week in
    advance of the reserved date
  7. These terms and conditions are set
    forth Customer Service Agree, which
    must be signed in advance of an
    services to be provided
  8. We accept Cash, Money Orders, Visa,
    Master Card and other major credit
    cards.
Care of the Birds
Guidelines for when the birds are in
your care.
  1. NEVER OPEN THE BOX PRIOR TO
    THE RELEASE.  The birds will fly out
    of the box and you will not be able to
    get them back into the box.
  2. Do NOT try to feed, water or pet the
    birds prior to the release.
  3. Feel free to decorate the box, but
    ALWAY KEEP THE BOX IN AN
    UPRIGHT POSITION.
  4. Do NOT cover the air holes in the box.
  5. DO NOT PLACE THE BOX IN
    EXTREME HEAT OR COLD.
  6. NEVER PLACE THE BIRDS IN THE
    TRUNK OF THE CAR. They will
    suffocate.
