choose be part of your event. We at Elegant Feathers believe there are four things most
important when choosing the best - the bird, the breeder, convenience, and reliability.

1. The Birds
As you may know, actual doves are not used for release. Elegant Feathers and
most all reputable White “Dove” release providers use only White Racing
Homing Pigeons (Homers). This is because the White Racing Homers has the
ability to return to its home after being released. Doves cannot. Also, Homers are
a bit larger and have a much more brilliant white appearance. At Elegant
Feathers, we breed only the best of the best. We use only White Diamond
Racing Homers imported from Belgium which are then bred here in New Jersey
by Elegant Feathers. We don't recommend handling the birds, even though
they are very gentle.

adhering to the strictest standards of bird hygiene, care and pure love of the breeds. At Elegant Feathers,
we are pigeon breeders first and foremost, and you will see this in the beauty of our birds.

We deliver the birds to you 12 to 36 hours before your event, and there is
